Gina Fritz doesn’t fall into one category; she creates her own. Fiery and bold, the pop rock vocalist from Connecticut continues to write out her own sonic formula through her new solo releases. In 2019, Gina teamed up with Whitney Peyton to form the edgy pop project Keyed Up, which quickly led the duo to Emo Nite, Warped Tour, and Pot of Gold Festival. Although still active in Keyed Up, Gina is setting out to claim her own creative identity. Up first in the queue for 2020 was the release of “Remedy,” an organic and emotive solo track that pulls experience from past projects, including a CT-based pop punk band and a collaborative dark pop project. Although just her first release of the year, “Remedy” earned traction on iHeart Radio and quickly established her punky, yet polished, identity as a solo artist. Laced with organic production and innovative pop hooks, Gina authentically represents the result of unadulterated passion, truth, and flair.
